We use secure payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. We may store transaction references for accounting, fraud prevention, and refunds.

HMRC, law enforcement, regulators (when legally required)

5) International transfers
If any trusted provider stores data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses).

13) Lost property
We’ll log and handle lost items reported to us. Ownership must be verified before return. We may share minimal contact details with a driver/partner solely to reunite items with their owner.
