GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. APPLICATION
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Primeway Chauffeur, including airport transfers, business travel, wedding transportation, tour chauffeur hire, and other private hire services across the UK.
1.2 By booking with Primeway Chauffeur through our website, email, phone, or in writing, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 These Terms constitute the full and exclusive agreement between Primeway Chauffeur and the Customer, superseding any prior arrangements or representations.
2. DEFINITIONS
“Company” means Primeway Chauffeur.
“Customer” means any individual or business who makes a booking with Primeway Chauffeur.
“Booking” refers to the confirmed reservation for transportation made directly with Primeway Chauffeur.
“Service” means the chauffeur-driven transportation provided by Primeway Chauffeur.
“Driver” refers to a licensed chauffeur assigned by Primeway Chauffeur.
“Fare” refers to the agreed cost of the journey.
“Additional Charges” include, but are not limited to, parking, waiting time, tolls, congestion charges, and route changes requested by the Customer.
3. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS
3.1 Primeway Chauffeur shall provide professional, punctual, and licensed chauffeur services in compliance with UK private hire regulations.
3.2 The Company will confirm bookings via email or text message once full payment is received.
3.3 While every effort will be made to arrive on time, Primeway Chauffeur cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen road closures.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion if the Customer’s conduct is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant with these terms.
4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
4.1 Customers must provide accurate booking details including date, time, pickup and drop-off points, and special requirements.
4.2 The Customer agrees to pay 100% of the booking cost in advance.
4.3 Any damage caused to the vehicle by the Customer or passengers will result in full repair and cleaning charges, plus any loss of business incurred.
4.4 Customers must ensure adequate travel time for connections (e.g., flights, trains). Primeway Chauffeur is not responsible for missed connections due to external delays.
4.5 Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
5. PAYMENTS
5.1 All bookings require 100% downpayment prior to confirmation.
5.2 Payment can be made via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or approved payment link issued by Primeway Chauffeur.
5.3 Additional charges (waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking) will be automatically billed to the original payment method.
5.4 All quoted prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
6.1 Standard Bookings:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking will receive a full refund (minus any transaction fees).
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are subject to a 50% charge.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking or no-shows are non-refundable.
6.2 Wedding Bookings:
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the event.
Full payment becomes non-refundable 14 days prior to the wedding date.
6.3 Tours & Multi-Day Bookings:
Cancellations within 7 days of the start date will incur a 100% charge of the booking total.
7. CONDUCT & VEHICLE USE
7.1 The chauffeur will always drive safely and responsibly in compliance with UK traffic laws.
7.2 Primeway Chauffeur enforces a strict no-smoking policy inside all vehicles.
7.3 Food and beverages are not permitted without prior approval.
7.4 The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the journey immediately if passengers behave abusively, use illegal substances, or cause damage. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. LIABILITY
8.1 Primeway Chauffeur shall not be liable for any losses, missed flights, or delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
8.2 All vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims, but passengers’ personal belongings are carried entirely at their own risk.
8.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is properly loaded and unloaded.
9. SUBCONTRACTING
9.1 Primeway Chauffeur may subcontract bookings to trusted licensed chauffeur partners when necessary to ensure service availability and quality.
9.2 All subcontracted services will maintain the same standard of safety, professionalism, and insurance coverage.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
Primeway Chauffeur shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or service interruption caused by events outside our control, including weather, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
11. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
11.1 Primeway Chauffeur complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations.
11.2 Customer information is collected solely for booking, payment, and communication purposes and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, designs, images, and written content on the Primeway Chauffeur website are protected by copyright. No part may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
13. JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
